Project Highlights
Africa Business Group has led high-impact initiatives across trade, policy, and capacity development throughout the continent.
We supported the Second Great Lakes Investment & Trade Conference by developing 14 investment briefs to facilitate cross-border trade under UNDP and the UN Secretary General’s office. For the Second Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF II), we worked with Afreximbank and Reed Africa to identify and onboard top-tier African companies as “hosted buyers” to advance the AfCFTA.
In Ghana, ABG contributed to the Continental APEX Body Framework, shaping institutional coordination across agriculture. Our flagship program, the Global African Agribusiness Accelerator Platform (GAAAP), launched in Zambia and expanded to Uganda, Kenya, and South Africa, offering mentorship, trade exposure, and digital learning for youth and women agripreneurs. Additionally, ABG co-developed the #VALUE4HER digital platform with CTA, now a core part of AGRA’s gender strategy, supporting women-led agribusinesses through tools, training, and strategic partnerships.
