In collaboration with Mikaty, Africa Business Group was engaged by Water and Sanitation for Africa to develop governance structures and related documents to support the establishment of the WSA Foundation, the WSA Research Centre and the Enterprise and Investment Group. This involved bilingual (French and English) legal and governance document development over a nearly one year period.
